i have had high blood pressure for a long time i have to stay on meds for it. the only way you really know if its high is if you feel your pulse pounding and hear it in your ears
does it feel fast when you press on your wrist or do you feel dizzy? the nose bleed is probably a sinus thing if it drys out or you have a lot of facial pressure thats the way it releases

My doc told me a sign was if you get pain under your right breast…but im sure thats not the only sign…i would just call the doc to make sure. good luck n congrats
