you can eat everything but limit your salt or avoid it all together ,if you look on the sides of pop cans you will see how much sodium they have in there so avoid drinking or limit to 1 can per day if you must, Vegetables are good but again if you like to add a bit more salt then normal then you are not really solving the problem, buy low sodium bacon, chips etc.. process meat are loaded with sodium , read all labels before purchase , cook at home this way you know what you eat other than that you can eat chicken, fish,beef,

Steamed vegetables (place some aromatic herbs in the boiling water).
Green Salad topped with some carrots or tomatoes
Cauliflower pureed with some roasted garlic
Grilled pineapple slices
Grilled vegetables

I had grilled chicken last night and i served it with some low salt pasta and kidney beans, it was really delicious!
