I have to go to the doctors soon and I need my blood pressure to be lower. Can anyone tell me what to eat/do to lower it for a while? thanks everybody!
P.S I know this isn’t HEALTHY so don’t give me any BS and yes there are ways,… I just don’t know them! =)

Your doctor needs to know your true blood pressure in order to assess you properly and determine the best recommendations to you. If your blood pressure is not controlled, then your doctor needs to know this and you should not falsely lower it. It will only hurt you in the long term. There really is not much that you can eat or drink that will significantly lower your blood pressure in 30 minutes. Dietary modifications, such as the DASH diet, can lead to decreases in blood pressure over time. Some medications can bring the blood pressure down, but this would be dangerous. The body adjusts to our blood pressure and is dependent on a certain amount of blood pressure to perform important functions. If you decrease your blood pressure abruptly then your body may not get enough blood pressure to function, which could lead to something like a stroke. Not worth the chance in my opinion.
